My Mom is 91 and had not had a haircut since having radiation on her scalp that left her with a bald spot. She was nervous and self-conscious. I went because I wanted to get a gloss in my hair because I have read it helps frizz on curly and straight hair was quoted $38 dollars on phone , but then was told later I had to pay extra for hair passed shoulders which was 12.00, unfortunately I wasn't quoted the blow out on hair which is a ridiculous price of 42.00. My hair is super easy to blowout just didn't want to walk out with hair soak and wet. Honestly could have done myself. I really should have asked. My hair is wavy 2b or 2C curl and medium to thin texture super fast to blowout. I also wanted to see if they could tone a bright highlight that was done to chunky somewhere else. The young lady that helped me super sweet. She tried to tone down that one highlight with ash tone, but I really didn't see a difference. I will just li
