I have never complained about a haircut I always figured it would grow back. I received to worse cut I ever had she couldnt get one side to lay down so she just cut it out leaving a big hole. Cut hair around one ear left other ear covered. Didn’t touch top or my bangs at all. Was very rude when I told her it was awful acted like it was my fault cause my hair had curl in it . I went to another Salon to get it fixed they knew where and who cut my hair cause I was the 4th one this week she had fix . This is the Smart Styles in Middlesboro ky

It was pretty after it was styled,, I didn't see it till it was styled. However it's not what I wanted looks nothing like my picture at all and it cost 127 00. I felt was to high to not be satisfied. I wanted to be more satisfied w myself and expected to leave filling excited and brand new. I could go back n try again but I wount go there. The stylist was pretty and nice and tryd her best i do believe. We liked her( my daughter and i) but the air was thik with in the salon w the other workers over her shoulder. There was tension that was not relaxing at all. I felt the other stylish should had helped her more. They saw befor i did it wasnt what i wanted.
