My hairstylist was incredibly sweet. Very understanding and willing to work with my idea and asked important, detailed questions that helped me get the perfect haircut. However, when walking in, all of the employees were sitting around and gossiping and then stared at me as if I was interrupting. They then pushed on each other who was going to get me, making me feel like a huge inconvenience. All in all, the individual hairstylists are incredibly nice and treated me great after the initial reaction.

She gave me a good haircut. But she was quite rude when I questioned her about the price difference from what was stated online. I was charged $21 more for blow drying my hair. That was quoted online to be part of the basic shampoo, cut and style. I know I have longer hair but all I wanted was a shampoo, trim, and quick blow dry. I still tipped $10 on a $46 haircut because it did look good.
