I\nWould first like to start off by saying I signed up for a haircut and shampoo , but what I received was a wonderful restoration for my bad haircut situation. The hairstylist was professional and very helpful. Most of the employees that was there today were wonderful ladies , they made me feel very welcomed. I also would like to say that both ladies helped duane , my hair one with information and guiding the other one through the haircut restoration process. The facility was also very neatly clean. Their supplies was properly put up. The shampoo area was well stocked and cleaned. Nice, clean towels and very nice smelling, shampoo and conditioner. I really enjoyed myself and I would like to also say I enjoyed their person. Alities, they took a bad situation and made it a great experience.

I asked for the sides and back to be cut close and not bald and I asked for the top to be cut spikey, as you can clearly see in the photos, the back and sides are cut correctly, but the top is not spikey at all. She didn't even wash and shampoo my hair, all she did was spray water on my hair and put something in it. The haircut was way overpriced. I can honestly say I definitely will not be back.

I am so disappointed my daughter had her 1st middle school dance and wanted her hair straightened !! $70 an it was so frizzy an didn’t turn out at all but her dad paid ahead an excepted the results!! Never again this was unacceptable but lessons taught never will we return nor recommend (first picture $70 is today and second picture $30 is a real straightened done at college this is example)

I have sat in my fair share of salon chairs, but I must say this was the best experience I have ever had. Amber took her time, even with other customers coming in needing services. I did not feel like the attention was taken away from me at any time I live over an hour away, But I would return to her quicker than anyone else I have ever been to.

Love the way Royal done my hair and Bessie's vibes were excellent I didnt catch the other lady that done my stepdaughter hair yesterday she saved her hair. Will be back!! HIGHLY RECCOMMEND.
