I am changing my review from 1 star to 5 stars as I went in on Saturday, and Manager Brittany fixed my original cut and then added some layers at my request, and I am beyond satisfied and totally happy with the end result. Brittany is very skilled in her field and was a true joy to chat with while she cut my hair. As for Zoey who did the original cut, I have faith that she can and will learn from her mistakes and that she will eventually become a skilled stylist. A famous quote that I've always appreciated says it all.... "It's not our mistakes that define us, it's what we learn from them." Thanks, Brittany and best of luck, Zoey!!!!! Went into this location Sunday March 1st around 2 pm. Sign says walk ins welcome. There was only 1 person in the store. She said there were all booked for the day. Did some shopping walked by a few times while I shopped. Saw no customers each time. Finished shopping, checked out walked by one last time. The same girl working, still only one there and she was sitting done eating. Seems she only was there to get paid and not take care of any customers. Very disappointed and will not be back.

Trish was very dedicated to give me the perfect result. It took us all her knowledge and two sessions to get the grey blending I wanted, because she put the health of my hair over a quick result. I love my new color! Thank you!

Wow this a Wonderful place to get your hair done. Was treated with a lot of respect. She remembered talking to me on the phone and knew what I wanted done. Sorry I can’t remember her name. Beautiful smile and attitude. I will return in 6 weeks and get a trim so I can keep my hair healthy.

Excellent service! Jordan is a great stylist and the haircut I have is the best I've had in the past several months. I definitely would recommend to others.
