I really tried to like this place, I really did. However this is souly a spot for the unaware. I come in for a trim with some layers, the first thing that raised my suspicion was that whoever was cutting my hair cut my hair dry. I feel like you shouldn’t even need any experience to know you don’t cut hair dry, so the fact that they were somehow licensed is more impressive than their work. After the cut I tried styling it and hoped maybe that was the issue but simply it was not. I would also like point out I have never left a negative review ever but this NEEDS a review. There is about a 2-3 inch gap between the top layer and bottom layer of my hair, this experience has been disappointing and hopefully this place improves. Kaida did an OUTSTANDING job on my hair. After several bad haircuts at high-end salons, I was wary of spending hundreds of dollars on a basic haircut, but felt a change to my (medium-length, dark brown) hair was due, so I walked in and she got me in her chair immediately. After a thorough consultation, we decided on a collarbone-length cut, with an all-over color slightly darker than my natural shade of brown, with face-framing money pieces for my bangs. I was in her chair for HOURS, and she remained meticulous and professional the entire time. She was friendly, chatty, and eager to check in with me while we went on.
