I recently visited the Walmart Hair Salon and would like to share my experience. While I appreciate the services provided, I noticed several areas for improvement: 1. **Cleanliness:** The bottoms of the chairs were dusty, which affected the overall cleanliness of the salon. 2. **Staff Appearance and Demeanor:** One of the beauticians appeared run down and lacked engagement. A friendly demeanor can greatly enhance the customer experience. 3. **Mask Usage:** My beautician wore a mask that seemed to indicate concern about spreading germs. While I understand the importance of health precautions, it created a barrier in our interaction. Perhaps if she would have said the reason for wearing it would have alleviated the discomfort of worrying about her health status. 4. **Hair Care:** My beau

I got in on time got my haircut and was out in no time She did a real nice job on my hair. I was very pleased. Thank you

It was great. I’ve been using Tina for about a year now. Even though I generally get my hair cut “high and tight”, Tina always listens and we always have a good time.

The ease of scheduling an appointment on-line was wonderful. Melissa did a great job cutting my hair & I'll definitely be back.

I made an appointment for my granddaughter to have her extremely long hair cut for wispy bangs. Sh was scared to death they would cut too much off. Emma did a great job with the bangs and only cut dead ends off her hair. She was so happy with the results.
