I got an appointment same day which was wonderful and I later realized that Brandi actually came in on her day off to help out. I got highlights and I am very happy with them. Will be re-booking in the near future.

I’m a dialysis patient & I had a great morning at the Solon! The new manager Brittany is highly skilled in hair care needs. Long term medications can do so much damage! I’M Loretta, I am not happy with my cut. I ask for a trim but it appears to very uneven. Is is very sloppy looking. My hair is one length so it should not be too hard to trim off 1/2 inch Very expensive cut for what I believe to be a very bad cut. I thought I would try here because I shop at Walmart so it would be convenient. Will not be going back and will not be recommending this place at all. Seemed as if it was a both to be cutting my hair. I wasn’t in the chair for more than 10 minutes. Very upset. Now I have to wait 2months before I can get the money saved up to get this trimmed correctly

Brittany was absolutely amazing and went way above. My son's haircut was impeccable and my daughter had a great time helping Brittany. Would highly recommend. Professional, polite, and charismatic!

So I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time since I was a kid always went to Kim or Andrea love them but ever since they left no one listens!! When to a lady who’s been there for a while showed her a video and it was step by step how to my hair was around my breast and now to shoulder length I asked her go thin it a little and didn’t even see thinning sheers once my hair is very thick so this is a must for me to be comfortable while I do appreciate her cutting my dead ends off who did not listen to a word I said, terrible customer service also waited almost 10 even though I was a bit behind myself gave me one look and checked me out no see you next time or nothing been going here almost 7 years!! Please get better staffing
