Chris was very polite and friendly. I enjoyed the visit. Love my hair, he did great. And my granddaughters are happy with there haircuts.

Angela was fast, professional and efficient. She did a great job on my hair, cutting it just as I asked. She was also very friendly and interest in to talk to, making my experience a very pleasant one.

My son was getting a haircut he is 5 years old and a very busy body however is ALWAYS amazing for the barber this time around there was a new gal and though she was nice she was very in my sons face and his bubble he does not like people in his face nor do I so he kept giving her signs to maybe just cut his hair and shut up which she did not take so while cutting my sons hair and still nit picking at everything he does or says she cut the side above his ear and was mad at him and did not finish his haircut because he reacted with his words. Truly an awful experience will not go back to this woman again, I feel bad my son had to even endure that. Learn how to work with kids or please do not work with kids. Read that again.

Ashley did my hair over a month ago and I forgot to leave a review but the red and black is still going strong and my hair is healthier than it's ever been if you want someone who will make sure you love your hair go to her! Love the service there.

I haven't had a hair cut in nearly two years. I gave very few parameters as to what I needed from my hair for my lifestyle. Then, I let my stylist decide. Chris at SmartStyle, Houghton Lake location, did a FANTASTIC JOB!!! I appreciated his time, talent, vision, suggestions, experiences and knowledge.
