I wanted to Smart style with a lot of process damage. Shantel was My stylist I was really impressed how quick and neat She cut my hair. It looked 100% better after she cut and styled it. She's a excellent stylist in the atmosphere was nice and calm

They did a good technical job, exactly as requested however the technician spoke to her family via Bluetooth the entire time. I really felt like one of those styrofoam heads! She brushed my ears with the round brush with every brush stroke. Again the cut and cold shampoo and conditioner treatments were very precise (was never asked about temperature)but I knew she was not interested in me as a human in her chair.

Lorraine did my elderly mother’s hair and I couldn’t be more pleased. Not only did she do an excellent job but she was kind and compassionate with my rather scared mother who has dementia. I’d give her 10 stars if I could, thank you Lorraine!
