Autumn cut my hair today and she did a fantastic job. It was her first day on the job and I'll say she knocked it out of the park for me. I will be going back to her in the future.

Mercedes did amazing. She is new so she takes longer than a seasoned stylist would, but that doesn't take away from the fact that she did a superb job. Give the new girls here a shot, yes the time it take is longer than you might be used to but they cant get better or faster without people letting them try, and you wont be disappointed if you do.

It doesn't matter what the complaints are, as I read the disappointments I noticed the response seems to be AI generated. No one is being held accountable for rudeness or bad cuts. I will never go back to Walmart Style. Ashley was very rude and said if you dont like it 'Don't Pay! She refused to taper mom's sides and said I'm not cutting anymore!. She's the one the new girls go to for help so clearly feels entitled to treat customers like crap.

So, last month I paid $85. for a perm..came out really nice. Today I went in for a trim, she cut off my $85. perm...there's absolutely no curl left in my hair. And it's uneven. I'm mad as hell. $85. perm down the drain...

Everything went well. Vanessa ,a15 year expierenced technician was attentative and nice. She knew her job,kept an eye on the other stylist and front desk. Thank you again for doing a great job on my hair.
