The most uneven haircut I've ever had!!! The other side was longer than the side in the picture. As you can see in the picture it is not even just on that side. The back was just as bad maybe worse! I got highlights also and they were nothing but brassy! Alex did my hair and she is the only one who works there at the moment. She was extremely slow. Kept burning my head with the hair dryer. Just an overall bad experience. Cheap or not it isn't worth going there to her!

Chloe did my hair, which is no easy task. I have thin blonde highlights with a mocha base color and a lot of gray roots to touch up every five weeks. Chloe did an excellent job and had a very good eyes for color. She was able to tone my blonde and remove all brassiness! I highly recommend b SmartStyle hair salon!

Myself and my family go here and Kailyn has done our hair for well over a year now. She is fantastic! Do NOT lose her, she IS the best at what she does, is always kind, caring, and helpful. As long as she's here, we will not go anywhere else! 5 stars every visit.

Not ever been a fan of the Walmart center hair cutting places. Seems like the stylists never have a friendly attitude. They very rarely give you the haircut you ask for. This may not be true for all Walmart haircut places but the ones I've been to this has been my experience. I prefer the smaller salons that are more personal.

If I could give a negative rating I would . A very rude lady that worked there....she had short blond hair shaved on sides .She was sitting next to another worker and Was cussing and complaining about a customer when we walked up. When I asked for just a trim she said it would be three hours. I said no thank you I starting walking away and she was cussing and complaining about me and I needed to go online and make a ******* appointment and who in the h*** did I think I was? I turned around and said your online does not say only by appointment she says ohh I wasnt talking about you. I said your rude and got a potty mouth poor customer service. And a guy had just walked up and asked to get a haircut and she said yes and took him back. She was rude . I will never go there for a haircut ...
