The woman who cut my hair was very nice I believe her name was Marina. She did a good job and I appreciated her professionalism. I didn’t like the way the manager spoke to her it was very rude. The manager and the other employee went on break together to smoke leaving the one hairdresser to do my hair and she had to keep stopping to answer phones and help walkins. That seemed entirely in fair. They have a sign up on the wall saying masks must be worn yet here in this picture is the manager taking care of a woman’s hair who had no mask the entire time. Overall the place is dirty the fire exit is being blocked with carriages and the manager needs some training on how to talk to her employees!

We went to this salon for my wedding day and let me just say….. THEY DID SOOO GOOD!! especially Casey!! He did my brides maids hair to almost an exact picture of what we showed him we wanted! I’m very excited to go in for my next hair appointment!!!

I tried to make an appointment to cut my hair until it turned the page in a bad way. It shouldn't happen to ANYONE. The person was a man when he saw that I am Hispanic, he did not have an appointment for me after he said yes, I felt very badly paid with American money. Very bad attitude of the worker.

I will never step foot in here to get my eyebrows waxed again. I went in and asked for them to be "cleaned up" meaning I liked the shape of them and how they looked, I just wanted the edges done. My eyebrows are a completely different shape, HALF of one of my eyebrow is missing AND to boot, they aren't even even! Livid does not even explain how I feel about my experience there.

New to this part of the country but needing a haircut decided to try a walk-in at SmartStyle in Leicester Walmart. Believe the hairdresser’s name is Marina and she did an excellent haircut on my very unruly and difficult hair. A wonderful surprise considering I’m usually disappointed after each haircut. Will be returning. Thank you.
