I made an appointment for a shampoo, cut/trim and style.. I was 15 minutes late due to construction and detours as I came from Michigan. I called and made sure it would still be okay being late and was told yes. I get there and she shows me how much she would trim, approximately 2 inches and I said that was fine. She then washed my hair and trimmed it. Then she asked if I wanted blow dried and I said yes. When she showed me my hair, there was approximately 4 inches cut off and my hair was still wet. She then charged me $38.99! I paid for services I did not receive! So, my hair was 2 inches shorter than it was supposed be and I’m out money for services I did not receive! My hair does look nice and she put layers in that I asked for! Please be mindful when getting your hair done there! That’

I was greeted with a smile and compassion from the front desk lady who was very sweet. I was very nervous to get a hair cut bc i had been in jail for 2 yrs and had only had "jailhouse" cuts. My hair was very uneven and crooked but the hair stylist (cant remember her name) was very confident in her professional hands and did more than a great job she provided me security and fixed every detail of my hair that made me feel so down about she fixed every little part with gracious words. I said "I feel like a celebrity, she said bc u are!" Everyone was so sweet. What i didn't know that a customer getting her hair dyed heard me talking and something must of struck her heart strings bc i went to pay and she paid for my visit today! Sandra was the ultimate professional even though I made a mistake with my appointment, she knowing I have a lengthy drive, went ahead and did my permanent. All the while taking care of her scheduled clients. The price was well worth the price. Thank you Sandra!!!!!

Sandra did an excellent job giving me a haircut. When she was finished, I decided I wanted it shorter, so she graciously, and expertly made that happen. Sandra is the very best !!!

Maria is awesome! I drive from Indianapolis to Goshen every 2 months so Maria can cut my hair. She is the only stylist in years who can thin out my thick hair. Love her!!!!!
