Jessica was excellent. Very helpful and was very professional. She did a wonderful job on my two daughters hair and my beard trim.

HORRIBLE place to get a cut. I sat in the chair for 45 mins and she spun me around several times citing a total of 1.5 inches off my hair. At that point as I tried to tell hair exactly what I needed it was 45 min and she continued to just spin me around in the chair. I will definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

Amazing job on his hair! He can be picky, but he knows exactly how he wants his hair. Na did an amazing job and she has definitely made a repeat client!

Not too long after checking in, one of the salon staff walked up to my 9 year old and I stating that it would be an additional $20 on top of a child’s regular hair cut (which is already $20) because her hair is too long and thick. A simple trim is all that was needed and the employee still refused to cut her hair if I didn’t agree to pay the additional $20. I contacted another Smart Style salon to inquire on the price and was told it is ONLY $20 for a child and wasn’t sure why we were told $40 at the Galveston salon so we went to the next nearest smart style location. I believe my little girl was wrongfully discriminated against using the “up charge” as a passive aggressive way to entice us to feel unwelcome and leave. There is no reason to refuse a child due to her texture, length, or RAC

Jessica is a fantastic Stylist and Mae is great as well. The Salon is always super clean and well stocked. There is no need to ever go anywhere else!
