Hairdresser had no idea about my scheduled appointment and was unprepared. She made me feel like I needed to be rushed out and complained about my hair having layers and being thick and taking up too much of her time. I asked for a wash, trim, and thinning of my hair. My hair was not washed and my hair was not thinned. I asked for an inch off (my hair was down my shoulder blades) and she took off at least 2 inches (my hair is now at my shoulders) which I took a long time to grow out. She even tried to charge me extra for doing layers when I did not ask her to do layers. She didn’t do an even job. The picture shows the strands of hair she missed. I am going to have to spend more time and money fixing my hair right before the holidays and spend months growing my hair back to where it was. Th

Tammy is absolutely amazing and wonderful!!!! Who would have thought I could go into Walmart and get a hair makeover!!! It looks great, feels great and I had the best one to do it!! As long as she will take me, I will keep going back!!! I AM SO HAPPY!! Before and after below. It was long....no long!!! Yay!!!

My daughter got a blowout her hair was cut unevenly styled like a grandma and I was charged $85 for it certainly wasn't worth the money spent My son hair line was uneven and he asked for faded sides but got bald sides also price said $18 for wash and cut but for that price we only got cut

I come and see Wanda everything I’m in there and she never ever fails to impress. She is so kind and welcoming and she always does an amazing job on my hair. She always has me walking out looking and feeling great!! ❤️

Wasn’t a bad cut. But I asked for a “trim” and got about 4” cut off. (I had showed her how much hair I wanted trimmed and it was about an inch.) She had agreed and specified with me before starting the cut. I wasn’t mad about how much length was cut off, but my priority was to have my layers shaped back up. I had specifically asked for a “trim and my layers cut back in” and had the 4” taken off the length and that cut what layers were in there- out. So I ended up with no layers at all after the fact and a very blunt cut. The cut was even, it wasn’t a bad cut, just very much not what I asked for/what we discussed prior. My hair was just below my shoulder blades when we started and is now shoulder length. I have slightly wavy/straight hair. Almost a blunt “longer” bob now.
