EDIT AFTERWARDS: I contacted Janet stating I was unhappy and was hoping she would talk to the workers about it and she offered me a full refund which she didn't have to do. I raised the review from a 1 to a 2 but won't be going above that for obvious reasons, Janet was very helpful and punctual which is why I have it two stars instead of one I came in for a cut,color, and blowdry. I left with a good cut, but horrible color, I originally asked for orange which they didn't have and that's no issue. I then asked for Cyan and got splotchy colors that isn't cyan but more of a steel blue. I also left the salon with a wet head and paid over 50 bucks more than what was quoted online. I've no issue with an increased price but seeing as very little of my hair had anything done a 50 dollar upcharge

We had such a great experience with this barber! He kindly took my grandson as a walk-in even though he was already busy with other customers. My grandson has a hard time sitting still and only recently stopped being afraid of haircuts, but the barber was incredibly patient and understanding. He took his time, worked with my grandson’s personality, and still did an excellent job on the haircut. We’re so thankful for his kindness and skill — highly recommend!

Amy was so pleasant and patient with detangling my 90 year old mom’s hair! Thank you so much! We will be back!

If I could give less I would , 30$ for a teen cut , no wash no style. She absolutely butchered his hair. I've been getting my 3 boys cuts for 14 years now , and I can honestly say it was the worse cut. There wasn't anything even left to decently minimize the bad fade/ bowl cut crap. My son felt so horrible ( still does) he asked me to pay and go. Hey if ya heart ain't in it ... Don't screw up teenage boys hair because you are blah about your craft. Please don't get your kiddos cuts at this location.

Worst cut yet, avoid Amy. I have canceled my vivid color appointment after this photo was taken. How is that straight? Definitely will not be returning. If I could have left the star off I would have.
