I give 1 star because the lady was very sweet. My hair was a little below like a few inches. I asked the lady to cut it to the shoulders. Instead she cut it above my collar. I always get great service there. The shop was dirty... hair all over the floor. It took me 5 minutes to get her from the back. She said she was folding towels and that's fine. I understood that. Then for a 28.00 haircut I was charged 42.00. Not a happy camper!!

Made an appt for Saturday, August 23rd at 3:15pm. Arrived at 3:04, was told by the stylist Trish that she was very behind and it would be 3:45 atleast until she got started on my hair . At 3:20 she started on a mans hair, afterwards she had me come & sit where he was without cleaning or anything . She went to the bathroom, came back and asked what I wanted. I explained that I had attempted to cut my hair myself , but was scared to continue cause I didn’t believe I could get them even(spoiler, neither could she apparently ) anyways, I explain that I want right around the shoulder hot 90’s mom with lots of texture and layers. The young lady that shampood and cut my hair was precious. However, I told her I wanted "long layers and long enough for a ponytail" I left there looking like a little boy and I can barely get 2 inches in a ponytail. My husband hates it. I hate it. My 4yr old nephew could've done a better job.

Shaylee colored my hair today. There are no words for the amazing job she done. I’m so impressed with her. I will definitely be booking with get agsin.

My son has long wavy hair. And he's really picky about his hair and the way that it's cut. He has had long hair his whole life. he is 16 now. And Melissa cuts his hair every time we come to Smart style. She always does a wonderful job on his hair. And he's always pleased and happy when we leave. As I said he's hard to please. He was 100% happy with his haircut today
