Always have a bad experience trying to get a haircut here and today was nothing better. Made 2 appointments for 11am and 11:30am... got there and was told the other stylist would be here momentarily... okay cool sat down to wait... 30 mins goes by an this person isnt here yet! Mind you the only stylist there is already doing someone's hair. Apparently the other stylist was supposed to show up at 11am but didn't. She calls him and he doesn't answer. Blames it on boss messing with the schedule or something... smh horrible customer service and professionalism on part of Smartstyle. Why accept appointments when there isn't even another stylist avaliable do them?? Just go to Great Clips across the street and avoid the headache with this place cause im never coming back.

I had an amazing visit. They got me in right away. I'm a guy with long hair and I don't like getting my hair cut until I need to. My stylist (Christina) knew what I was looking for and even offered to braid my hair when she was done!!! Awesome experience and I will be back.

I was supposed to get my hair colored and cut at 11 o'clock at 1130, my stylist had still not shown up at a quarter to 12, my stylist started to work on my hair. Did\n An OK job but will not return very poor service. Do not recommend that for anyone to have to go through
