The worst experience ever! I had a balayage and wanted to go back to blonde. Before booking I asked for the consultation and they said they can do it! LONG STORY SHORT THEY HAVE NO CLUE HOW TO DYE HAIR! that’s the result of trusting “professionals” PS. The roots were not dyed before, it was mine natural color

A+++ experience! Jinavy hooked me up with a sweet mid fade. Gave me a sweet design in the fade too! She is a wonderful person with a chipper attitude and beautiful mindset. She is friendly and enjoyable to talk with. Down to earth and passionate about the work she does! She's been my go to for fades for a few months now! Ill be a return customer for as long as she's around fro choppin! She's a skilled and talented fadeologist 💯. An amazing young lady who truly takes pride in her work! The ladies there are awesome, Sophia did A AMAZING job and took her time it didn't feel rushed thats what I appreciated the most. Definitely a 10/10 vist for me. (Im very picky with my hair and she nailed it 👌)

Did not get what I asked for AT ALL!!!!! First, she cut my hair WAYYYYY too short , and wrong. The other lady had to come and correct what she did wrong. Which, she couldn’t correct what was already chopped off…. Then, I asked for an all over color of my natural grown out here (dark brown) due to me having grown out old highlights. The lady could NOT color match my hair to save her life. Took her THREE times and it’s still not correct. It’s red, and way lighter. Yes, I said red. It looks DUMB! I told her that is not what I wanted, and she did not care…. Wouldn’t even take any cost off my service besides the styling because even the curls my toddler could do better than she did. I understand and told her I would pay for her time, but why pay for a color service when it wasn’t the correct

I am very picky about who cuts my hair because I am living in the 80s and I've had the same hairstyle pretty much my entire life and it's a hit or miss on whether or not it comes out right when I go to a new stylist but I'd have to say Genevieve I believe that was her name did a great job with a little assistance but she still picked it up very well and I am very pleased with my hair so I give her five stars thank you so very much
