The hairstylist was amazing and very kind, but she did not follow through with what I wanted to do at all. The haircut I wanted was longer and a lot better than what she did. I really do not like what she did with my hair she did, whatever she wanted to do instead of the reference picture I showed. I will insert the picture I showed her for reference and a picture of the haircut that I got. i’m really disappointed because this is not the first time that I’ve gotten a bad haircut from this place.

I took my son in for an appointment with Wendy. He hadn't had his hair cut in a few years due to a previous bad experience somewhere else. Wendy was so sweet and courteous, and listened to exactly what he wanted, then executed it flawlessly. Excellent experience and we will definitely return!

Alma is amazing. Very talented and enjoyable. My family has been getting our hair done with her for years and I am always very happy. I’ve gone to a couple other people in this salon and they’ve done a great job as well. This is a busy location, so I recommend making an appointment ahead of time. My hair care ranges on the higher end because I get both color, cut, and style. I often buy some hair product as well. In comparison to other salons the cost is competitive.

Very disappointed in this salon. Their personal issues were more important than their customers. I scheduled an appointment and was told that she didn't know if they would be open on this day or not because they were short staff. I told her to go ahead and schedule it anyhow. Person told me that if the stylist wouldn't show up on that day that she would call me and reschedule. I kept getting text messages confirming my appointment. Even received a text message right before I was leaving. Arrived and there was a sign stating that they were closed due to staffing shortage. Never received a call that they were closed or even to reschedule. Also, stylist makes comments about my hair issues and even slapped by hand. Very unprofessional.
