It was a bad experience. I had to ask for shampooing my hair and never got it. She cut my hair dry and got hair all over my face, eyes and clothing. I asked for same length hair all over, but because she cut it so short in the back, I was stuck with super short all over. I just hope somebody there can go back and check and fix any mishaps. It also took over an hour to do a haircut that shouldn't take 30 minutes to do, and that's with a shampooing that I didn't even get, but certainly asked for. And did I mention how badly my hair got pulled while she was combing it? No mercy. I can't belive how low the bar must be to get a cosmetology license in this state because nobody should have gone through what I went through. This is the first time I’ve had someone wash my own hair before it was great! I came in from out of town without my hair products!! I came here they got me in same day and the lady really took her time to detangle my very matted curly hair. She did a great job!!

Cheryl was an amazing stylist! She did a wonderful cut and washed my hair really well. I would definitely go to her again. Just a heads-up—she only works Tuesdays from 10–3.
