Price jumped from $20 to 25 for a little kids haircut and wash because they said “they turned the blow dryer on”. Which wasn’t even something acknowledged before doing so. The employee needed a dry front to be able to achieve the correct cut and additional cuts were made after seeing how it was not correct wet. The rest was left wet. Been there many times and never had a problem. Definitely new employees working who are petty and provide horrible customer service.

There was a line when I got there but the wait was not long and it only took about 10 minutes for my sons hair to get cut AND it looks AWESOME!!! VERY NICE JOB! Very pleased w my experience!

I've been going to this place for years and never once had to mention to cut the top portion of my head with scissors, I guess it was usually just implied. some lady with blonde hair and glasses when over the top with the razor instead so I basically had to go bald. then she said it was my fault for not specifying, cause apparently "thin out the top" means to cut it all off. if I can help it I'm never going back
