Absolutely horrible! Now the hairdresser informed us that the blow drying process would get hot but we’ve had silk presses before plus why would your equipment be that hot on anyone’s hair. Also why not make adjustments for your customers because everyone isn’t the same. She mentioned that she uses that dryer because it achieves the look that she wants, that told me that there was no consideration for the client regardless of age. Mind blowing!!! My daughter’s birthday is tomorrow and now we’re scrambling to find another hairdresser. I should have known that there was going to be an issue when she called and asked if I could come for an earlier appointment. Requested information for a walk in coloring. 4:00 PM - Young lady sitting at desk on cell phone, older lady took my request and started off telling me she was only one there and had two appointments scheduled and couldn't be today which I understood. I proceeded to show her what I wanted to see if she could even do for me. She took out a color sample booklet, showed me what she could do and it was not what I was looking for. She copped an attitude telling me It would be a platinum blonde, not grey, your hair would need to be cut (which it doesn't). She then told me to just call Jamie Creech tomorrow, she arrives at 9am...I'm just telling you what I know I could do.....but your gonna have to talk to Jamie, it's gonna be a long process so I suggest you be here at 9am (as she closed her

I enjoy coming to this salon everyone is so friendly, pleasant, and professional. My stylist Angela I have been with for years through different lengths of hairs. Book with her she will take care of you.

The was the worst visit to this salon. I booked an appointment online for 11. I arrived a little early and the stylist was not there. I went into Walmart and walked around and came back 11:07. When I walked in the stylist asked me what I was doing there and I said are you booked and she said yes and I said that I had booked an appointment online and she said I don’t see how you were able to book because I have a blowout at 11 and the customer was not there. The stylist was very rude. She didn’t speak or anything and she proceeded to tell the other stylist I don’t know how this happened. I visit this salon often.
