I have shopped at this store many times. They have a large selection of wigs and other products. However, a few weeks ago, I purchased a wig that was supposed to be human hair and it was not. I tried to dye the wig with hair dye I purchased from the store and it would not work because it was synthetic. I even poured bleach on it. I am very disappointed as I did report this to the owner. She claims that is how it came. She stated that it was packaged and sent to her that way. Later, I looked more closely at the tag. I saw the title and manufacturer of the wig and googled it, and it was not the same wig I purchased. I do believe that they switched the tags/boxes/packaging. I went and purchased clip-in extensions from the store and what was labeled as the color #2 and also 100% human hair.. when I got home and took out the extensions it became very clear that the item was not a #2 color but a totally different color #4.(see last picture, I compared what a true #2 clip-in should look like vs the "#2" they sold me) It had streaks of red in it and also red yarn and white yarn mixed with in the hair, clearly showing that it was not 100% human hair but had been blended with other material. this was nowhere advertised on the packaging that it was a human hair blend. more importantly the color was completely different. My first time going to this hair store, I'll never return I felt rushed by the gentleman assisting me and my sister. He wasn't listening at all. He was only concerned when he thought I undercharged.

Nice hair store have a lot to choose from staff is very helpful especially patrice 😊 and their wigs are way better priced than anywhere else in Cincinnati so this is my new found favorite hair store and I got these really cute stretch sun dresses out of there 5 bucks a peice or 2 for 10 bucks this store is where it's at !!!!!!!
