Mrs. Chang cut my hair for the first time (I usually see another), and she's quite amazing--especially with Asian hair. Both my sister and I thought it was the best haircut I've ever received. About the one review concerning charging a card twice, all the people who work here are kind and genuine, so it must've been a mistake/misunderstanding. In fact, Mrs. Chang herself seemed more glad I used cash instead of card.

I feel really bad about leaving a bad review but this was the worst haircut of my life. I went in for a trim and they said that the thickness of my hair was ugly, thinned it with shears without asking me, and gave me a mullet. It was also ridiculously expensive - the owner charged me $40 when it should have been $15

Came in to town for my son's graduation and needed a haircut. Was nervous about going somewhere new but my soon recommended Mino who is new to Smart Cuts. Sounds like hyperbole, but it's probably the best haircut I've ever had. Lots of attention to detail like using a razor for the neck and sideburn area. Highly recommended!!

I came here after several friends recommended it, but then it was surely a huge disappointment. The haircut itself was satisfactory but the merchant INTENSIONALLY deducted the money twice from my card, claiming that the first payment was not successful. I soon pointed out that she was lying since I received TWO successful payment confirmations. I later got in touch with VISA and they confirmed that the first payment was indeed successful. I was extremely disappointed and angry about that past experience, mainly the dishonesty of the merchant. I would NEVER recommend anyone to come here for a haircut again. Honesty is always of paramount priority.

A hair dresser without pretentions. Probably doesn't have all the bells and whistles hair saloons offer but you get the job done efficiently. Good haircut​ for and affordable and reasonable price. The hairdresser also followed my directions and ask for clarification when needed. To add more value, no appointment is necessary, just show up and you have your hair cut if there's an empty spot.
