First and last.! I purchased 100% freetress human hair for the boho braids I was getting done. $50/pack. I dont know what this store is selling but that hair is fradulent. I’ve used freetress before, and used the same braider. The only thing I changed was going to this beauty supply store out of convenience. The way this hair matted up within a week. I truly could not understand what was going on. I’ve used synthetic hair that faired better than this. I tried to comb it out and I couldn’t even get it through a brush. Mind you this is all in the same week i got it done! I ended up cutting it all out because my hair looked like a literal birds nest. Whatever was in those packs of hair I purchased was not human hair. FRAUD.

I will never step foot into this place again. Such a huge store with such a disgusting policy if you’re not going to refund or exchange you should make it very clear. for newcomers you could even mention it when you’re doing the check out. I know I didn’t notice any signs, maybe they’re there I don’t know. There seems to be a mentality that if a shop is in the urban setting the customers cannot bring anything back. First of all, the item I purchased didn’t even have a tag on it and who knows if it was new or used? Second of all, there was no listing of price even in the display area…it was as if she decided the price when I got to the register.
