Small Town Roots

I had an awful experience here, I took my daughter to talk about her hair, and there was just one employee who didn’t even have the courtesy to welcome us in or acknowledge us one bit. I understand being busy since she was doing another clients nails, but she could have greeted us.

I really wanted to support a local business, but Small Town Roots was a letdown from start to finish. I showed the barber a picture of a simple fade and trim, but walked out with a crooked hairline and uneven sides. It honestly looked rushed and sloppy. The atmosphere was also uncomfortable — the place felt more like a hangout for the staff than a professional barber shop. I sat there waiting while they joked around and talked loudly with their friends instead of focusing on the customers. On top of that, the prices didn’t match the quality at all. For the cut I got, I could’ve done better with clippers at home. Not sure if I caught them on a bad day, but based on this experience, I won’t be returning or recommending it to anyone.

I love coming here! They provide multiple self-care services. Plus, everyone is nice and enjoyable to talk to. I highly recommend Small Town Roots for nails, hair, massages, etc. :)

I always get a good hair cut when I go thrre.

The staff and service were excellent. I will definitely make future appointments.
