Edited: Sierra, the owner, reached out and fixed my hair for me. She was so kind, understanding, and apologetic. She took her time and asked me questions to make sure I left feeling much better than I did the first time. So appreciative of her! I was a new client and came in to see Victoria. I sat down, told her I needed an inch or 2 off my ends and to clean up my undercut. She didn't ask a single question and just started working away. Went to cut my hair and she didn't part my hair correctly, didn't even ask where my part was, I had to stop her mid cut and point that out to her. She ended up cutting like 5 inches off my hair(way too much) - that wasnt straight and then jacked up my line on my undercut - which she also didn't show to me so i didnt notice that until i got home.
