I ve booked an appointment for 12.00. Came at 11.55 rang the door bell, nobody opens. Called to their cell phone # and office # , nobody replied. I did not eat since day before for that colonic cleansing procedure and I was starving. Also I took unpaid day off from my job for that procedure and was losing money. Waited 15 min near the office entrance at the hot melting summer sun, sweating, nobody opened the door. Left this place. What kind of business is that. Shame on you. Will spend my money elsewhere.

My worst experience with a Groupon affiliate ever. She was very rude. She was very loud and aggressive when informing me NOT TO USE GROUPON. Groupon does not pay she asked me why did I not use her website it comes up on the first page of Google when searching for colonic Brooklyn. I told her I live in Queens. She asked why did I not use Queens I said I did prepay for a queens location. They are booked for 2 weeks. She then became obsessed to find out the company and told me I was mistaken they can't be booked. I said she was the only place open today. She told me I don't care about my health, cause I don't spend any money on myself. I need to know the machine and if it works for me. The lecture never ended. She gave me 20 minutes of hydocolonic therapy.

I call to ask if treatment is safe while breastfeeding, woman shouts tht it is totally safe in ironic tone suggesting I must be a little stupid. "We do not do it on your breast". I reply I am worried about laser and that I do not really know what is safe, that this is why I ask. Woman begs not to use groupon and then rudely hangs up because she is busy. I look at their website and it actually says in red that it is not safe while mentruating, pregnant or breastfeeding. I call again, woman doesn't want to talk to me because she is busy (this is an expensive treatment I am inquiring about, she could be a little nicer). She says website must be wrong, and again hangs up on me because she is busy (???!!!) Of course I will never know.. Horrible experience, I am glad I dodged that one.

I had a great experience at this place. Most importantly their program brought me results both in my health and look! I did the laser treatments in blend with colonic, and I also took some supplements from them. In two weeks I was feeling souch more energy than before, I went back on the normal schedule with using the bathroom and my tummy went waaay down! Highly recommend this place, the prices are great too.

The lady didn't arrive till 11:30. At this point I decided to leave. Very unprofessional. Save your money and go elsewhere!
