I wanted to love this company. They do have nice beds and clean facilities but their service charges are ridiculous. Don’t expect personal costumer service any billing discrepancies will be at your expense as they are unable to override an automated billing system stating they have no access, even managers have no ability to override charges. Contracts are written to squeeze every last penny out of the customer. I promise you will pay more than you expect to. Tan local skip this corporate Circus, I promise it’s not worth it or find out for your self.

Amazing experience!! I recently moved to Idaho and hands down received the best customer service! These ladies are so on point and have impressive knowledge of and how to provide a tanning result that is best for specific skin needs! Legit!! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

I recently discovered that my card was being charged the full monthly price when I thought I had frozen my account. When I went into the shop to get an explanation, it was pointed out to me that the feeeze period had changed to three months. This had not been pointed out to me when I signed my paperwork. This was a significant change. Justin, the gentleman I worked with at the shop was very helpful. However, the company refused to refund any of the $330 that I had unknowingly paid. They did offer to give me three free tans. The employees were as helpful as they could be. The supervisor and the company were not. I've been a slick rock member for YEARS. I have yet to have any kind of an unpleasant experience. I am back and forth between the cda and post falls location, but more often cda, due to convenience. I am always greeted with a smile and positive attitude. All associates are knowledgeable on the services provided. I definitely recommend slick rock tanning and spa.

Usually a five star. Tonight I went tanning and only one bulb worked. By the time I could get undressed the bed started. I laid there for a few minutes, then realized my bed was freezing removed my goggles too see only one bulb was lit up I had got out freezing cold. Put back on my clothes to go let someone know. They did not even go check it out, or let me switch beds. Said they couldn't. Mind you I'm in layers. took a min to get dressed again. She said I used my tan..hmmm 🤔 then when I asked to cancel ahead of time for this month due to health issues.. The Lady on the phone. Said "no problem" ... Long behold I was charged anyhow. Sure hope my next tan is more enjoyable.
