Inspo pic vs outcome. This was my first cut since moving to Idaho: Not the worst haircut I’ve had. But as a girly with thick and wiring wavy hair (though my hair was straightened and due for a wash at appointment so could’ve been deceiving) I’m very picky about my cuts so I do my best to describe what I want and figured an inspo pic could describe what I can’t. My hair looked good in the salon as the styling was great so I didn’t think that the turnout wasn’t what I wanted. Despite not being shown the back, I really trusted that the experience of my stylist was enough to trust that it looked like the pic. I’m so happy I found Jesselee! She was incredibly sweet throughout my appointment and did an amazing job transforming my long, lifeless hair into something full of shape and volume. It feels so much healthier now! What really stood out to me was how she taught as she worked. She explained how to style my hair at home and recommended specific products, tools, and tips for my unique hair type. I was so impressed with how knowledgeable she is. She truly listens to your ideas and brings them to life, and it’s clear she genuinely cares that you love the final result. She made me feel completely comfortable speaking up if I wanted any changes, but I didn’t need to because I absolutely loved it! Oh, and her pricing is KILLER!!! I’ll definitely be back (next time for highlights and color!)

Ashley Hero did an incredible job with my daughters’ first salon haircuts. Both my 10 yr old and my 12 yr old were a little nervous, but she was patient, kind, and made them feel completely comfortable the whole time. Their cuts turned out beautiful — clean, even, and exactly what they wanted. I also really appreciated that she fit us into her schedule before the holiday rush. Great service, great experience. Highly recommend her to any parent looking for a stylist who’s skilled and genuinely great with kids.
