Wonderful work! This is my go-to place now. The technicians are very sweet and professional.

I wouldn't give this place a star at all . This was a bad first impression on a new customer. I walked in on a early Saturday morning where there were people already getting their needs met , the lady that was working on a client says to wait 30 min .. I said cool I got time , I wrote my name down no problem . So 10 minutes pass and the same lady that told me to wait was free with no one else behind me or in front of me . Then another customer walks in who apparently was a regular. Walked in and got a chair for a pedicure. Then without saying a word I looked at her .. because like I said no one behind me waiting before me . So I then get told to wait another couple of minutes and I only wanted a full set . The lady that walked with no appointment just like me was well treated and taken car

Many mail shops welcome walk ins, as they have a desire to acquire new customers. I was in the area and stopped in and requested a mani/pedi. Nope…not today. I don’t have an appointment. It was 10am on a Thursday morning. One client was being helped at the time…no line. Well guess what? Nails shops are on every corner these days and this particular one will not be getting another visit from me. The front desk lady didn’t even try to talk me into making an appointment. One and done ✔️

Not at all impressed, my nail technician seemed to be in a hurry for some reason. Unfortunately I was left with 2 raw cuticles and a very sore tip of my ring finger, which I didn't notice at the time. There was someone next to me with a different technician that seemed very happy with her tech, but I'd rather not go back and have to ask for the other person in a very small shop with only three techs. I've since found a wonderful place very close to home.

I hate to be negative but this is my second time walking into this place for services and that I have been turned away. The place was empty on a Thursday afternoon and the worker (although very nice) said she has no time. I asked if I could wait and she said no. There are several nail places in the area...save time and go somewhere else.
