This company isn't doing itself any favors. I offered to come pick up my items since I am local, but they only do e-commerce. I'm trying to support my local businesses, but they don't want to support me as a customer. Other reviewers say they've experienced poor customer service as well, and this checks.

Order placed on Jan 22, 2025 for an “in stock” item. Today is Feb 4, 2025 and order still indicates “received” on my order status online. Tried calling the telephone number with no success (long wait and no answer). No electronic methods of contact available on the website (email, chat, text). Completely unacceptable in today’s business. Communication is nonexistent and order processing is extremely slow. No means available online to cancel order. I CAN NOT recommend doing business with Skygeek until these issues are remedied. I will update this review as Skygeek processes the order or communicates with me.

Antenna and other items showed in stock. Order was placed and after more than a week I contacted customer service. When called on hold for over 30 minutes just to hear parts are in another warehouse. After getting the run around for a couple of weeks customer service did advise no stock at there vendor. In simple terms they did not have in stock. After months some items are still on back order plus company credit card was charged the full amount. I will give a thumbs up because they did refund the company credit card.

Bad experience. Order did not ship out for more than a week after placement, and the status just said pending. I tried to call customer service for an update and gave up after being on hold for 40 minutes.

Store all takes over 5 business days to ship your order, always. Recently I had the worse experience with them: I have ordered some bearings, and at the time I placed the order (June 01st) requesting 2day shipping there were 72 ea in stock. On June 08 I contacted them to check the status of my order and was informed that they did not have it in stock, they were waiting to receive more to ship it. I did not receive any UPDATES , and when I contact them again to change the freight or cancel the order, I was told that "the order had already started been processed and nothing could be done".
