Would rate negative 0 if I could. Brought my daughter in to spend her 12th birthday money on her nails. The inspiration photo looks nothing like she was given so I kindly asked for removal and $ back. That wasn’t an option so they removed the top and left her with only acrylic on her nails and gave her $15 back after spending $65! I called again and asked them to at least put a layer of gel on top! They were extremely rude and unprofessional. My daughter felt embarrassed, and intimidated as they all surrounded her speaking aggressively and saying nothing was wrong with her nails asking her to tell them what the issue was after I already explained she’s a child and doesn’t want to be rude and speak up which is why I DID. & they continued to say the nails look like the photo and nothing was

I just got my nails done less than 3 hours ago. Kim with the long hair and glasses. I kept noticing she was mixing the 2 black bottles of polish and was putting it on thick and I told her it was peeling but she just kept having me put my hands under the lamp. It was busy but I had an appointment for 12:30 and didn’t get out of there until almost 3:30 for a pedicure and nailed. I paid WAY too much money to have it peel on the same day! Get better polish! I’ll be stopping by after I get back in town to see what can be done about this but this was for a trip and is not cool.

Hi I went today and I asked for a French tip short gel X and it was $70 which is fine. But I expected my nails then to be at least fully attached to my actual nails. They were rushing and left a bunch of fell under my nails like over flowing and on another 2 nails they didn’t fully adhere my nail so there is a huge air bubble under the nail now. When they did a French tip they only did the top portion and it didn’t have the full shape. Also when filing my nails they left my natural nail sticking out and it just looked weird and it feels unlike any nail I’ve had gel x wise.

I got my nails done last week with gel polish and gel always lasts for two weeks. My nails lifted— one completely came off after a couple days. I called and they told me to come the next day but I wasn’t able to until three days later they said it was ok. I walked in today and they said oh well gel grows as your nails grow. I have been getting gel on my nails for YEARS and never had an issue until this salon. It made me so uncomfortable that I just left.

Terrible experience. Asked for my acrylics to be removed and a gel manicure. When removing my acrylics, ripped off half of my nail, then continued to file and buff making the nail bleed more. During the gel manicure, he painted over the bleeding skin and made no mention of the injury. Will not be returning.
