Sky Nails

Never had I had 4 nails break off the day after for acrylics. What did I even pay for??? Acrylic was way too liquid and does not listen to what you ask for. Doesn’t know how to do acrylic ombré. Kept thinking I wanted dip powder. Finally settled on a traditional French. Glues on tips really far curved so they are basically off your nail. Been here many of times when I wasn’t exactly pleased but this is just ridiculous.

I got my nails done on Friday.. about 4 days before this post. I have also had a pedicure and manicure before this and it was a wonderful first experience. My father LOVES it there because he always gets a foot massage while he waits. The pedicures are amazing! My nails came out great. I gave them a reference for a D.VA based manicure/acrylics from a game. They did beautifully and even restarted everytime they messed up. It took time, as expected, but that’s not a complaint at all. A few of my nails were a little uneven and oddly shaped. While he was putting on my acrylics, he cut me once and apologized. The people that work here are so kind and will help if you don’t understand what they are saying. Overall, I have had two great experiences here.

My first experience was absolutely lovely! My second not so much!! I had made an appointment for my 2 sisters myself and grandmother! Took almost 2 hours. My sister got burnt from the hot towels! The lady never even attempted to ask her if she thought it was too hot. I hadn't even been seated yet and he took another lady before me!! He said it would be 5 mins. 5 mins went by and he's still doing her nails. Needles to say we all got up and left! Will not be going back!!!!!!!

They did a very good job on my nails and my daughters. They were very talkative and friendly. They put a sugar scrub on my hands before I washed them and lotion massage when my nails were done. The only reason I’m giving them 4 stars instead of 5 was because it was a bit hard to understand them at times. I will be going back.

Scheduled an appointment with me when they were closed. When they opened we got pedicures and manicures. We asked for gel polish. The polish started chipping within two days. Over 30 dollars for two days!?!I asked for a refund because I felt that some place else would do a better job for my wedding nails... He refused to refund and argued with me for over 15 minutes their policy is 24 hr. My friend also got an infection on her cuticles. Spend your money somewhere else. Also, wwhilewe were there they had oother peoplewaiting for over an hour
