I came here to get a fill in for my acrylic nails. I was charged $55 for my fill, gel color, & a French tip. Not a problem except for they were bad. The acrylic was somehow now very lumpy and uneven. The polish was splotchy and inconsistent. The VERY next day I had two loose nails. I called the salon about it because I was upset- I do not have time to come back whenever to get it fixed. I have an infant who is exclusively breastfed and a toddler. Not only that, I live far from family/sitters so my window is very small so when I go to get my nails done, I want them done right the first time. I ended up calling them three times over 3 days after my service trying to get in touch with Sky or someone to figure things out.. Sky tells me to come in the following Thursday.
