I would never go back here. My sisters have been coming to this salon and stop due to how they were messing up their nails , but after my experience, I can’t recommend it. They completely messed up my nails and then had the nerve to say they could “fix” them for $30. when they were the ones who gave me something I never asked for in the first place. On top of that, Reena claimed that Zoey asked if I liked my nails during the process and that I said yes, which is a complete lie. The service was rude, unprofessional, and disappointing. I would never return here again.

When I first started going here, I was annoyed. It took me two or three tries to find Rhina was the best for my nails! She is very sweet, professional, patient and flexible. Jason is pretty good, but he makes up his own prices. The husband to the owner does a good job as well. I 😍 his niece Jenna who runs the counter. She is very business minded and professional to all the clients. She can paint some good eyebrows on too. The key to having a good experience is building a relationship. None of the shops like you to point out mistakes, but if you pay your $, you should be happy with the service you receive. You should not receive attitude about your opinion of the service they provide.

Came to Ft. Lauderdale to get my nails done from Texas and the nail tech was rude and rough with my hands twisting my fingers. Outlined my nails and charged me $55… customer service was terrible I wasn’t even greeted

I had a deeply concerning experience at this location that raised multiple red flags regarding both safety and customer service. There were individuals affiliated with gang activity coming in and out of the establishment, which made the environment feel unsafe. Additionally, the staff escalated a situation unnecessarily by calling the police on my girlfriend simply because she paid with my card. They refused to allow her to use Apple Pay and questioned her intentions, assuming she might not pay—even though the service was already covered, and we are more than capable of paying. What’s even more troubling is the way the staff treated her after she had already paid over $100 for services and was planning to tip generously.
