i got an acrylic fill on Monday the 25th, and within days my nails were already cracking — one even fell off. I called and was promised a free fix, but when I went in, they refused and only offered a partial fix or free removal, blaming me for the damage. Acrylic nails should not fall apart this fast. The service was misleading and the customer care disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this salon if you want nails that actually last.

i came in wanting my acrylic taken off and to get dip with a french tip put on, he left 50% of the acrylic on my nail, refused to take it all off even after i asked. told me straight out no to getting french tips, so then i asked for a blue color, got green, then he gave me a flower i didn’t ask for. and even put it on when i told him i am good. nails were so uneven, some spots were down to the nail others were super thick. hot spotted me with the file multiple times. didn’t even give me a hand massage 😓. i’ve never been so disappointed somewhere that i had to go get them redone asap

Got full gel set with a customized design and they absolutely nailed it. Only paid $60 for all of it and they finished in an hour. 1000% recommend going here!

Hit or miss. They typically have great pricing for acrylics and gel, however some of the people who work here (especially the manager) can be a real pain to deal with. Getting your nails done is an experience, and if you’re paying for the service you deserve to be respected. Other than that they are usually accommodating with design requests (don’t be afraid to ask! And always have a picture of what you want).

A phenomenal place to get your nails done. Always welcoming, and extremely professional. I've been a frequent client, and have yet to find anything less than satisfactory. T in particular is a prime example of what a great nail tech is. Always punctual, respects her clients time and never misses in regards to quality customer service. The care she provides is absolute
