I recently had the misfortune of visiting Sky Beauty Salon, and I cannot express how disappointed and dissatisfied I am with the entire experience. From start to finish, it was a series of unprofessionalism, negligence, and utter disregard for customer satisfaction. To begin with, the salon seemed understaffed, which was immediately evident upon my arrival. Despite being aware of the staffing issues, the hairstylist still encouraged me to proceed with my appointment. I was hesitant, but against my better judgment, I decided to give it a shot.
