Just now posting this because I finally have confidence. Got highlights done by Emily back in April and for how much they charge and how much they hype themselves up to be ‘above the rest’.. this just is not it. Management even looked at my hair and ‘oked it’ before I left the salon, because the stylist was looking or a raise or promotion? Through fb pm I was told this was how highlights are suppose to look. Unless unfinished brush strokes, uneven, messy strokes and not flush with the roots is a new trend? If this is how they’re suppose to look, I don’t want to see when they think they “actually botch hair” 😂😭 Was told I could come back within a week to get it fixed, which I obviously didn’t. Never leave bad reviews but OOF

Skullz Salon is a wonderful place with incredibly talented stylists. However, I feel as though I was incredibly overcharged. My hair is short although somewhat thick. So I understand being charged for some extra dye. But the extent of extra dye I was charged for and the individual costs for each service seems outrageous. Additionally, I wasn't quoted after explaining what I was looking for at the beginning of the appointment so I felt completely blindsided when I got up to the register. For the services I was charged about $425. I hoped I might be able to be a returning customer however, it would be impossible especially as I continue to grow out my hair and can only imagine how much I might've been charged if my hair was even down to my shoulders.

Emily has been doing both my wife and my hair for a while now and she does amazing every time. She makes sure she knows exactly what you want and is very thorough about asking questions to clarify. I get highlights with ash tone. My wife gets a short more masculine haircut. Despite being very different styles she is the best at both.

Emily did such a lovely job with my hair, I don’t think I’ve ever been so happy with a cut! I asked for a shag and showed her some pictures I liked. I’ve asked for similar cuts in the past but stylists have usually just guessed I wanted soft layers, but was the first time I felt truly satisfied! Emily is extremely skilled and so kind, I love my hair

Got the best haircut ever from Jeremy at Skullz! He spent 2 hours on my hair. Super grateful for such an amazing cut!
