I enjoyed another amazing facial with Tisha. She's incredibly knowledgeable and has taken the time to really educate me about what my skin needs and which products would work best for me including writing out a routine for me for both day & night. I loved that she gave me samples to try first so I could see what worked before committing — such a thoughtful touch. Not only does my skin feel refreshed and glowing every time, the whole experience is so relaxing. She also has an amazing assortment of products & other gifts available at the front of the store. Every time I leave feeling pampered and confident about my skincare routine. I've already booked by next two appointments and absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for great results and a wonderful experience!

Fernanda did an absolutely incredible job. I was a first-time client and she made me feel so welcome and comfortable. Not to mention she was extremely informative and thorough with every step of my facial. She gave me some great recommendations and I left feeling great about my skin! Best facial!! Just had my first facial at SkinTheoryRX! Lacey was FANTASTIC, I literally dozed off and wondered if that was normal OR acceptable! Lacey said it is a high compliment when that happens! I have lived in Franklin for 30 years, and have had many great facial experiences in Franklin and Nashville over the years. But this was truly one of THE BEST I’ve ever had. Not going to lie, I’m aging! As Lacey sweetly said, “Who isn’t?!” I was definitely ready to change up my skin care regime, and take some steps to treat my aging skin with more respect! So excited about the routine Lacey wrote out for me and some really amazing new products! Already booked a return service in six weeks.

Lacey is the absolute BEST!! She understood my skin concerns with acne and helped me figure out the root cause for my breakouts. She gives incredible facials and I always leave glowing and relaxed. My skin has improved so much already with our first two sessions and has given back the confidence I had lost. Can’t wait for my next appointment. So thankful for her and the team!
