Honestly, my favorite med spot in all of Miami Beach. I’ve been coming here for at least two years now and gotten various services from customized facials, laser Genesis to laser hair removal. All of the girls are super professional and super sweet and I’ve always felt the most comfortable here. Not to mention that their laser, Genesis and laser hair removal are probably my favorite services to get there – the laser they use is safe for all skin tones, which is an underrepresented necessity! If you sign up for their email list, they are constantly sending deals, discounts, buy one get one free discounts, for nearly every holiday!

Unfortunately, only a few hours before the appointment, my son became very ill and I had to take him to the emergency room. As soon as the business opened, I called to inform them that I needed to cancel. The woman who answered the phone, Stella, was extremely rude and immediately informed me of a $50 cancellation fee. My first time at skin spa and I cannot say enough great things. With a Med spa on every block in Miami, this place goes above and beyond & certainly stands apart. I booked a Swedish massage here and ended up with a serious injury. During the session, I told the therapist, Neptali, multiple times that he was hurting me. He told me to “feel free to curse” and kept insisting it would feel fine the next day. I asked him several times to reduce the pressure, but he never adjusted. This was supposed to be a Swedish massage, not deep tissue. That night I woke up in severe pain, and by the next morning I could barely get out of bed. The pain ran from my lower back into my right hip and leg, and I couldn’t walk normally. I get massages regularly and have never experienced anything like this.
