Skin Laundry - Westport

I had an amazing experience at Skin Laundry. The staff was warm, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease. The treatment itself was quick, painless, and left my skin instantly glowing and refreshed. I love that the results are noticeable right away, but also continue to improve over time. Everything was clean, professional, and very welcoming. Definitely recommend Skin Laundry if you’re looking for an effective and convenient way to keep your skin healthy and radiant.

I had a terrible experience at skin laundry today. The front desk person was frankly rude and uninterested in my business. I have been going there for 5 months now, driving from upper Westchester over an hour away for a five minute laser treatment session that was supposed to be combined with another treatment. The front desk lady refused to acknowledge that I was supposed to have both treatments. I had arrived early hoping to be seen a bit earlier since I had other commitments today and despite the fact the the client before me was also done within 10 minutes, they refused to accommodate my request to be seen earlier. I went in the other day to get my facial and the woman there are so extremely pleasant and so helpful not to mention they're all really nice to look at, they were so professional and accommodating. I did have to reschedule due to my own silliness, but they were so sweet about it and didn't get all pissy at me because I had a reschedule last minute. I can't nor wait to go there again yes of course to get my facial finally, but I actually ant wait to see these girls again. Come on my girls make me look young and beautiful.... yahooeeeee

Dealing with Skin Laundry Westport’s membership cancellation and billing was a nightmare. I tried to cancel starting in December and followed their instructions, including using their cancellation link and later completing the form again over the phone when they claimed they “never received it” (how convenient!). Multiple staff members told me my cancellation was handled and that I would not be charged again. I also confirmed my last treatment was covered under the final month I had already paid for. Despite that, they charged me for another month anyway and then hid behind “policy” instead of taking responsibility for their own staff’s misinformation and internal process failures.
