Definitely never coming back. The nurse that did my laser facial was super sweet but the guy Damien at reception is one of the most passive aggressive and rudest person you’ll meet. Every conversation with him was filled with ridiculously backhanded comments. I couldn’t even ask questions about their procedures without him cutting me off and sassing me out about how he “was about to tell me” (mind you, I let him finish talking before asking anything.) Or making comments implying that you’re not bright. Don’t go to a clinic that doesn’t value you as a person and chooses to treat you badly on your FIRST visit. I was nice as possible and bit my tongue the entire time to avoid more problems. Seriously bad service for such a nice area. Hope their reception doesn’t treat other clientele like thi

It was an incredibly frustrating interaction and a huge waste of time. I left feeling that the staff didn’t value patients’ schedules or provide coherent medical guidance on basic conditions. The lack of professionalism and courtesy was glaring, especially considering the industry standard of care for aesthetic clinics.

Went in for my first appointment on Friday (1/30), and had an amazing experience! The staff were so caring and kind and walked me through the whole process (which by the way took less than 30 minutes). I loved the results and would definitely go back!

I just had my first appointment and highly recommend it! Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about skincare education. The laser is painless and quick. There are numerous excellent options for continuing care at affordable prices. I never felt pushed into anything. I'm excited to continue treatment and see my skin look its best.

My visit with Nurse Serena was for my second resurface treatment. She’s so amazing! Paying attentions to my concerning area and making me feel comfortable during the session. I highly recommend Nurse S !
