Lymphatic facial massage. Have been there once, it was relaxing and released my jaw pain. There was a change in location. had original appointment in Manhattan but when i reached there spa was closed so i had to go to another location in Queens. I do not take it as a negative as this was a very cold day. I did not want to miss the appointment and utilize my free day so i made a trip.

I’ve been coming to Health & Beauty for over 2 years and prior to coming here I was literally shaving daily because of a hormonal imbalance. After getting laser treatments every 4-5 weeks I now have flawless skin and no longer feel subconscious about the pumps and in grown hairs. Lilya and team have also done my keratin and hair cuts in the past. Highly, highly recommended and excellent customer service.

I had recently posted a review and now I see why they BARELY have any reviews posted not because of business not blooming but so many people receiving terrible service! don’t come here a big blotch of bleach on the left side as the size of my fist !! Cut my hair too short and every inch additional 10 dollars toner 80 extra ! Not included with the Groupon bought of 127$ at the time ! Purchase balayage hair cut deep conditioning style and or balayage or highlights asked for balayage walked out looking so bad Also bought a Groupon and nothing was explained that a trainer would be Involved very unprofessional. disagrees about me being blonde showed her pictures from prior oh I wouldn’t have expected that I wouldn’t have agreed with the blonde but now it looks so nice Making a Instagram vide

Body scrub consisted of tepid tap water in a bowl and one wash rag for wiping off the scrub. Lovely facility but it was cold. I felt robbed. Why would anyone pay for this? It was done with bare hands. .. it was basic not worth the money... not even the Groupon discounted money ...2 scrub for $99.00. Without the Groupon it would be 150.00. 75.00 each.

They were unaware of my appointment and asked me to wait, chatting on the phone instead of servicing me. An armpit wax could have been done, but here I am, unserviced. They proceeded to take another customer that walked in after me.
