Justyna is fabulous!! It’s been a few years since I’ve had a facial but I totally enjoyed it and looked much better on my way out than in. She’s very knowledgeable, extremely competent and has a lovely personality. She provided delicious tea and lots of suggestions without being pushy at all. I highly recommend a visit whenever you’re in Windham. You won’t be disappointed! And I hear her massage therapist is great too😉

Today was my third time back. I was gifted a generous voucher from my family. I am more of a massage person. However, I have tried the facial and find both treatments to be of excellent quality. When it is cold weather, the massage bed is heated to a comfortable level, making it extra inviting. Next door is a great bookshop and Windham walk. I experienced all three, and had a lovely day.

Amazing, top of the line experience! Walked into a clean organized space and was immediately taken back to my massage room which had a heated bed, essential oils, spa music, and quality sheets. My masseuse had over 13 years of experience and education, and it showed! I left like jello. Would highly recommend!

What a beautiful addition to add to the town of Windham. There are so many great things to say about Skin Concepts and the owner Justyna. The shop and atmosphere is so soothing and welcoming. I was able to use the sauna which was extremely relaxing. I then got a facial treatment that Justyna recommended. I’m super hesitant on what I put on my face because I’m super sensitive, her products were so gentile and don’t have any of those harsh chemicals that are in most high end and over the counter products (I’ve used them all.) After leaving I felt so relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend the light treatment and the mist spray and hydrating lip balm. All in all a great experience! Thanks, Justyna!

Today, I had an incredible therapeutic massage experience at Skin Concept. With over a decade of experience, Vanlora has a deep understanding of muscle function, enabling her to effectively release knots. My back had been stiff from bending and gardening, but after the massage, it feels much better. Whether you choose a massage or a facial, you’ll be amazed by the results. The spa is a beautiful place for pampering and relaxation, where you’re warmly greeted from the moment you step inside. Customers are valued and appreciated, and I was even gifted some heavenly scented gifts upon leaving. I can’t wait to return!
