I was happy the first visit. I asked for the same color they had done on me previously, they highlighted and toned. It was beautiful! They just made it all dark this time and I hate it! Btw, they charged me the $160 this time. The first time was $180… How is that even possible?! I feel ripped off! Just not right ! No highlights! I asked for a trim, they chopped off 4 months of growth! They also ruined my shoes by getting dye on them! I am so upset! I look terrible just in time for Christmas! Thank you

Terrible experience, was referred to stylist Karmen whom I booked with and she never showed up however I gave her another chance and the night before my appt she cancelled on me ,no sorry no nothing , I’ll never book with her ever again , so unprofessional
