I purchased 3 packs of crochet locs from this store 1/23/26. All of the packs had normal price tags on them. When I checked out, I asked the man who rang up my order if there would be any issues with returning the hair if the packages we're unopened. The man said "It won't be a problem. Just bring receipt and make sure hair isn't opened." I get to the store yesterday, 1/26/26 and a female employee says "This hair is final sale. No refund." I said where on the package is it marked final sale? And when the guy rang me up Friday, he never said it was final sale. Furthermore, it wasn't marked final sale on the shelf either. I have been to this store two times, and will not be going back. The employees are rude and treat you like you are beneath them. On my first visit, I asked to see two wigs, and an older lady brought them out and immediately demanded that I purchase them. She then all but snatched a a wig out of my hand, exclaiming loudly that they cannot be tried on. Against my better judgement, I purchased one based on the picture on the front of the package, and it looked absolutely horrible once I got home. It looked like I was wearing a skull cap!!😕 I also agree with other reviews, in that they are quick to take our money, but do follow/watch you as if they expect you to steal. This was my first time visiting SK Beauty Supply, and unfortunately it will be my last. While comparing hair extensions, a male employee physically took a pack of hair out of my hands and told me he would put it behind the counter, even after I explained I was still deciding and comparing colors. He later returned and rudely told me not to touch the hair at all, despite there being no visible signage in that aisle stating customers could not touch packaged hair. I was not removing hair from packaging, only comparing sealed packs by color, which is a normal part of shopping for extensions. The employee’s tone was dismissive, aggressive, and completely inappropriate. I came into this store because I live nearby, but my entire shopping experience was uncomfortable. I was followed throughout the store, which made me feel singled out and unwelcome. While picking up an item from the shelf, the box was already positioned too close to the edge, causing a pallet to break. I picked up the items and proceeded to checkout to pay for my purchases. At the register, the cashier brought the entire box over and rudely said, “And you’re going to pay for this too.” The comment was unnecessary, disrespectful, and embarrassing especially given the constant monitoring I experienced during my visit. Due to the rude behavior and how I was treated, I will not be returning to this store.

Wonderful experience!! They are always nice and welcoming. Also they really really helped me make my baby's birthday special with little trinkets!!
