I don’t know what I’d do without Kayla and 1688. I’ve never gotten more compliments on my hair. This is the absolute BEST salon! I’ve been seeing Kayla for the past 8 years and am SO happy I found her!! The salon is clean and cute and makes you feel very comfortable. Jason the new owner is awesome and I can’t say enough great things about 1688.

Love this place. Jason has been doing my hair for almost 10 years! He is always a joy to talk to and is a great colorist for Blonde hair. He has done great updates to the salon and has friendly, professional people working with him. Plenty of parking in front and I totally recommend the salon.

Clare gave me an awesome hair cut. It feels so fresh and looks great. The owner is so beautiful and kind she checked out my cut and was very complimentary on the style I requested The place is laid out great and very clean.

Customer service is great! I forget the name of the woman who cuts my hair, but she is a really nice person and she made a clean cut. She is very enjoyable to talk to and is very careful on what she does to her client's hair. I will be back soon for a trim!

I really didn’t want to have to do this, but the owners have given me no other option. When I went in last Wednesday for a root touch up and hair trim (which I had also requested the nape of my neck be shaved). I generally always go with artist Noel and things are decent, however Wednesday, March 7th was the worst appointment I have Ever experienced not only at this salon but top 3 worst hair cut and color appointments of my lifetime. I sat in Noel’s chair when I arrived on Wednesday and after her retrieving the necessary products, she applied to bleach my roots, standard. What was NOT standard however was Noel, which she had never done before, let me process for 30 minutes WITHOUT checking on me ONCE.
